I’ve had a fear of blood pressure cuffs for two years and this watch is helping me overcome that! This is the first blood pressure unit I’ve been able to use successfully without having a panic attack. Amazing if you have white coat hypertension as well and want to be able to show your doctor real blood pressure readings. Before this I was using an invalidated app that I couldn’t defend at my doctor’s office. Well worth the $.
